Structure of our dance

When we learn to dance, we always need a structure to fall in.
This structure is made alive by a series of steps and movements that are set in motion with the rhythmic of  music.
The same model is set in our life
We create psychic structures during our growth, which are set in motion by the events of our life. These structures are based on our culture, society, family, friends and environment.

While the dance structure is meant to be a base and a comfort zone, whichever it is, that sets the pattern of that particular dance, it becomes rigid and boring if we remain and repeat constantly that series of steps and movements. At the same token, we need that structure to learn the dance, however it is meant to be transgressed in order to evolve and dance freely our feelings of the moment and act creatively.
The same model is set in our life
For the purpose of acting creatively and express freely our passion with our dance, we first need to learn the steps of our partner, "the other" - "our alter-ego", and then learn within the couple dynamic of the dance the key moment of unity, balance and attention that allows us to change direction and create the movements that expresses our true feelings - true self with the music playing at that moment.
This way, we live and dance freely according to who we are at every moment of our life, and we can always fall back to the basic structure of our psyche, although we are not limited by it because "we are".
The same model is set in our life
